In these pages, we recorded for posterity the important stories of our family. (Personally sensitive details such as birthdays, addresses and complete names have been removed. Low resolution images have been intentionally used.)
The stories ("family journal entries") are all told from a third person perspective. We felt it allowed us to objectively tell our stories. On hindsight, we realize that it will also allow our children to continue our family story, even after we are gone.
Most family journal entries contain one or more links to related stories told in the first person ("personal journal entries"). These personal journal entries are private and access is restricted in one way or another.
While a family journal entry is meant to easily inform our friends and families about what goes on in our family, personal journal entries are meant to privately share our personal experiences and life lessons to close friends and families.
