Unlike the first part of their honeymoon, their trip to Cebu happened as planned. Before going to Bantayan Island for the second part of their honeymoon however, they met up with Pia's cousin Myk for dinner and drinks.
They stayed up so late that they almost didn't wake up in time for their early morning taxi ride to Hagnayan Port. Fortunately, they arrived at the port just in time for the second morning ferry ride to Bantayan Island.
The first part of their Cebu trip was a three day stay in Bantayan Island for some rest and relaxation. They stayed at a small resort called St. Bernard Resort. What was unique about the place was that it had an aviary and a lot of exotic birds.

For the beach part of their stay however, Mike and Pia decided to go to another much smaller island a few kilometers from the main Bantayan island. Locals refer to it as "Virgin Island".

The second part of their honeymoon was a three-day stay in the city at the Crown Regency Hotel. Mike and Pia went around Cebu and met up with some of Pia's relatives. At the hotel, Mike and Pia rode the Edge Coaster.

Apart from the usual city tours, Pia also had fun at the hotel's indoor swimming pool.
